Hi! Myself Anita having saving account no.001101527836 in ICICI Bank. In the month of April bank debited my a/c for Rs.827/- towards qtly.avg.bal. but my account as on 31/03having a balance of Rs.11, 000/-.In the month of Feb.11 near arount Rs.38000/- than how they can charge my a/c as non maintaining qtly avg.balance.

Pls help me out.
