HOME LOAN RATE

Dear Sir,

I have taken Rs 3 Lakhs home loan from ICICI Bank in Oct for 20 years. Now after 8-9 years my principal amount is decreased just Rs 50K & balance prinicipal is Still more than 2.5 Lakhs. When I see the interest rate it goes up to 15.75%. Still today by balance loan seems to be ended by 2051 which I think is totally wrong.

Please look into.
