Descrepency in atm widthdrawl

Sir.this is to draw your kind attension on to the fact that at 9th of may i have used the punjab national bank atm at &&& with the atm code of D5417100 with my icici atm card. i have tried to withdraw the amount of 10, 000 from that atm. The atm slip shows the transcation is diclined but i did not received any cash from the same atm. when i have checked from other atm it showed 10, 000 less balance in my account kindly see into the matter and try to refund my hard earned money back to me.
