ANW charges

Hi,

Today I have experiences some issue that ICICI Bank have deducted 165rs. as ANW charges. My account is salary account (000901596030 - SAVINGS) and its zero balance. I am using my ICICI account nearly from past 4 yrs and I have not experienced this earlier. Can I have reason for the ANW charges deducted and if any charges introduced newly for the deposits from outside home branch.
