RE:- FILING OF CASE AGAINST ICICI BANK IN CONSUMER FORUM
This is to bring your kind attention that I have following accounts with your bank.
1. a/c 3410101426985
2. a/c 3410101448352
3. a/c 3410101439091
4. 3410101439107
5. 3410101439114
For the last more than 10 days your bank has failed to provide basic service of online banking and problems faced in these accounts are listed below:
1. Accounts (operative accounts) show balance as zero where as there is sufficient balance in account.
2. Accounts are showing balance of 16th May 26 and there after accounts are not updated so I failed to get the latest balance of accounts.
3. I cant see the statements of above accounts as message comes there is no transaction for this range. You just cant see any statement/any transaction.
4. I am not getting any message/alerts on completion of ATM transactions. On withdrawal of cash also I am not getting any message for above accounts.
5. Since I am not able to see the updated balances everytime I have to phone to local branch for knowing the balance and sometimes I hve to wait for 10-15 minutes before finding the the balance.
Above all these problem has actually started after migration of your branch to Icicibank.
In view of above this is a clear cut case of failure on the part of icici bank to provide basic services (i.e. on line banking) and this comes well within the definition of failure to provide service as per consumer forum guidelines.
If my above problems are not sorted out then I will be forced to seek the help of consumer forum. This has been already communicated to your local br. Manager.
