As I have been residing out of India for the last 1.5 yr, so I have to talk to the ICICI bank customer service at times in order to get certain things done. This has happened to me twice, at first I ignored it but now its becoming impossible to accept it anymore. Dont you think its a big question mark on the ability of ICICI bank, that they are not able to provide me last 6 months statement of my account ina pdf format.
There is no provision on their site through which I can download my statement in PDF format. Everytime when I call them they tell me that within 4 hrs I'll get that in my email. its been 1 week now, and I have called them 5 times. everytime they handover a request number to me to refer when I call them next time.
Inspite of showing them the urgency of the request, no body is there to listen to you. I even raised a grivience on the ICICI bank website, but till I have not received any response from anyone.
Is this what India's one of the largest bank stands for, that they are not even able to send an email to their Customer. Shame on ICICI bank
