To delete my name from the list of defaulter in the CIBIL record

Dear Sir

I regret to advise that I have been constantly writing to you thru emails to kindly delete my name from the list of defaulter in your record but not positive step has been taken by you which is a matter of great concern which pls. note. I had taken a loan of rs. 1.00 one lac from city financial bank which I had paid timely. When again applied for further loan then your wrong note of default came in the way which is most objectionable. You are therefore once again requested to look into this matter seriously and be kind to DELETE my name and help me.
