Hi

My name is vishal and i had tken personal loan from icici for 36months hence was unable to pay after 17th month due to financial crices then i was told to setle it to which cud not henc i told them to take of the aditional charges so i can start paying again nothing hapend from then i am geting collection calls to setle whic i cand do and now i am getting threatning call not only on my no on my family and on my moms no my mom is a heart patient because of which am very woried pls sugest me wat to do about it.pls help
