Repeated Harassment for Loan

ICICI Bank

I have been repeatedly getting messages from your side for the last 3 years asking to repay a loan which does not belong to me. I happen to own a phone number which seems to be linked to this loan. I have complained to your legal team a year back but problem still persists.

I complained again last month Complaint No: 183590067 - I was told this was the last time and you guys will clean up your act.

But Nope you guys are messed up - -none of your departments seem to understand each other. Please stop this stupidity.

I will go in for legal action if this will cause a problem in my credit ratings.
