Opening of Bank Account

I have opened an ICICI account through an ICICI executive on 27 th July. My account number is 018301553551 and my name is Pradeep Kumar D. But the account is not yet activated. They have given me the complete kit containing debit card, internet banking etc.,

If I talk to that person, he is not responding properly from the past 5 days. I called the customer care. They said could not track my account.

Why does it take such 14 long days to open a single account? Banks like SBI give account in just 2 days. What happened to my account? I could have gone for another bank. This bank is irritating me a lot.

Please find a solution for not activating my account. I wasted all my time calling customer care and the executive..
