WRONG ATM TRANSACTION

Respected Sir,

I used ICICI ATM for withdrawal of money at GB Road New Delhi as on 08 Aug. But my transaction of Rs 500/- was failed and amount deduct from my saving account. ICICI has not refund my same amount to my account. Please forward my problem and informed me at the earliest.
