Dear Sir,

I used to have a credit card of ICICI bank which was cancelled 3 years back. But now for the last three months i am getting threatening tele phone calls in my cell, my residence land line and even to my wife's phone. I have never taken any peronal loan from the concerned bank using my credit card. But now they are threatening that i have to pay 40 immediately and otherwise they will start proceeding against me.

Please suggest me what i should do.
