Myself Balkar Singh S/O Sh. Sohan Lal wants to bring to your kind notice that I am interested to open my saving Account in Una (himachal) for ICICI Bank for my financial transaction comfortable & I have already submitted my three very genuine & valid docucments which are required for the same & that are:

1. PAN NUMBER

2.VOTER CARD IDENTITY

3.DRIVING LICENCE.

I too deposited Rs. 2200/-, But till date no action was taken place & I am suffering a lot due to lack of co-operation from Branch bank.

Kindly do the necessary action soon so that I can run my financial dealing smoothly.
