Dishonouring my cheque despite the credit in acct

On 27/12, my cheque No 400713 for Rs 180000 was dishonored and Rs 386 deducted for insufficient funds from my SB acct No 007401012824. This is despite the fact the same day FD closure amount of Rs 181387 was credited in my acct. I lodged a service request No SR181039587 on 23/06 as well as spoke to Customer care Mr Raju. No satisfactory reply has been given nor the illegal deduction of Rs 386 credited back despite repeated contact / emails to the bank.
