Refund of $179 pending for almost a month now

I have a credit card from ICICI Bank on which I made a purchase of $179. The amount was refunded by the company on August 01. The money is still not reflecting in my account and no one is answering my emails.

Dear Concerned,

There was a refund of USD 179 on the captioned card number on August 01. The refund is still not reflecting in my account. This was against a dollar payment made in June 21. Given the exchange rate fluctuations, I do not understand why are you taking a month to settle this transaction. I urge you to credit the receipts into my credit card account on an asap basis.
