Two wheeler loan

Here with Venkatesh Rao, i m from Surat District, i was purchased two wheeler Hero Honda Pleasure motor cycle on November. i was going abroad for some time, last 4 installment i doesn't pay, when i come back now and i ask for the clear the loan amount but i cant any correct information, when i close my loan, and they didn't provide any service so please and i am ready for the settlement, because at my side maximum balance 7000- 8000 thousand but now they target me last week more than 14000 thousand rupees, so please kindly do the needful and suggest me any idea how can i clear my loans
