ATM OF ICICI BANK

Respected Sir,

I have a complaint with the ICICI BANK regarding their ATM Machine (ATM Add :-Ramneek Chowk, NIT, ATM ID – s1vd7230). At Monday night approx 8 pm when I go to the ICICI BANK ATM Machine for withdrawl Rs. 4000/- but I got only - and no balance slip comes out from the machine. I take the mini statement from nearby ATM showing that withdrawal is 4000/-. I booked a complaint no. SR-191670901 with ICICI BANK customer care regarding this. They told me to wait for a week. But today I received a message that they don’t give me any money. This is totally cheating. Banks are government registered and that can’t cheat with a customer. Today 30.09.11 I again call to the customer care for complaint booking no. 192175354 but the executive told that whole backend process are complete and they give me second complaint number. Sir please resolve this issue as I already suffered from last 4 days. Please help me out as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you for this.
