Be careful with ICICI Bank ATM, Allwyn Circle, Miyapu

I intended to withdraw cash of INR 3000 using my HDFC debit card on 07th November at 1.42PM. However, I got cash of only INR 1600 while the withdrawl statement showed INR 3000 debit in my account. During the same time, there were a team of two people inside the ATM room who completed loading of cash in the ATM. They were there when I got only INR 1600 and said it is a common issue with this ATM and I would get the credit in my bank account in two/three business days. When I raised this issue with HDFC Bank, to my surprise, ICICI bank presented a successful transaction of INR 3000 withdrawal. Could some one look into this pls as this is a serious concern for all the people withdrawing cash in this specific ICICI bank ATM.
