ICICI Bank
Gift vouchar provided by Bank not acceptable by the merchant

I have requested to redeem ICICI bank credit card point and ICICI bank delivered 4 Reebok vouchers by courier. But, unfortunately when I went to Reebok outlet, they rejected 2 vouchers stating that these are already used.

So, I am surprised as to how a big institution like ICICI bank can do this. However, I have made complaint regarding the same to the bank but they need time to investigate further.
