ATM DECLINING CHARGES

On 13th sept i tried to withdraw some amount from my saving account without checking the balance in my account. For that single declined transaction they charged me three times. As i don't know such type of charges are also there in this bank, i did not check my account till immediately. Day before yesterday only i came to know those three debits 28/- each for that single declined transaction.

I think these charges are unfair and unethical and that too charging three times for a single mistake is really disgusting.
