ICICI bank deducted money from account by the name of QABChgs

My name is Sanjay Kumar and i have my account (A/C No. 629601098693, Vikaspuri) in ICICI bank. On 18/01 the bank has deducted Rs. 827 from my account by the name of QABChgs-Qtr-Dec11 ST 77 without any prior information. Private banks cheating the innocent people by the name of QAB while there is no such rules in government banks. I request somebody to please help me to bring this money back to my account.
Kindly help me in getting my money back to my account.
