Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I an Srinivasan, having a saving account in your bank at Ram nagar branch, coimbatore. My account no. is 615201508799. My friend deposited 500rs. 6th feb. You have deducted 165rs. as ANW charges. Please say the reason for deducting this large amount for small transaction and reverse my money as soon as possible.
