Non credit of reward points

icici bank has its tie up and the bank awards loyalty points via www.payback.in to its customers when purchases are done either by credit or debit card.

i am holding an icici bank account (acc no 029401519987) and an icici bank credit card.

now the problem which i am facing is that the points pertaining to my debit card purchases are not getting credited to my payback account (payback card no 9401150877889419) automatically by the end of the month. i have to get after the call centre of payback and repeatedly lodge a complaint for the same.

on the other hand icici bank says that they are not responsible if the points are not getting credited.

this time the points for the month of Jan have not been credited.

as a customer it is causing a great inconvinience to me and at the same time its a cheating and fraud case againt icici bank and the website payback.in
