NO reply, Difficult operations

Dear ICICI manager

Every time I do internet banking with ICICI it is headache. In name of safe banking you have made systems which are so diffcult. To send someone some money is so cumbersome!!! Also they dont reply by mail. Just send every week marketing mail.
