ConvertSavings to Salary ac

How can I convert my savings into salary account. the executive promised me that it can converted to salary easily while I was opening this ac.
the salary has been coming into this account for almost a year now.
I work for a Govt psu AIRINDIA and my payrolls says that they credit the salary into the ac details provided by me, they can't stamp any form or issue any letter regarding this.
