CREDIT CARD UPDATION DISPUTE

Dear Sir, My name is omprakash & I am havng 2 ICICI Cr. Cards bearing Nos.5176533586827005 & No.4477465334106003 respectively. I wnt for a loan with other bank. The bank source said that my name is in CIBIL and my loan was stopped.. I am paying all my dues promptly every month & I am havng statement proof also. I contact ICICI bank call centre, they said there is no due. I want to know that how is it possible for over due when I am paying all my dues promptly. I need ICICI bank source to update my cr. card accounts and send the report to CIBIL. I would like to place this compliant to the chairman ICICI bank pl. Thank u sir.
