Unwanted calls and sms

I am constantly receiving calls from ICICI bank asking for Mr. Damodar Verlekar for the past two and a half years (almost 30 months). I also recieve sms regarding some credit card payments etc. Despite of consistently reminding them this number does not belong to the said person these people do not bother to change the number or contact the respective person via his address provided. but they find it amusing to contact the same number again and again... and i have to answer these calls even when I am on roaming. Is the bank going to pay for the inconvenience caused to me? I am tired of this matter.

Please have a check with the bank and do the needful.
