Sattlement of Credit card payment

Dear Sir,

My name is Hitendra Dewangan. I had ICICI Bank credit card and i already settled the credit card payment in July. Now i dont have ICICI bank credit card. i am applying for another credit card from another bank but they are telling me you are not applicable for Credit card. May be my name is in Black List. Please help, how can i know my name is in black list or not.
