Capctur of policy from new india insurence co

I have car from 2000 sentro...(on my brother name) we have policy of new india insurance co ltd.but befor 4 year sudden our policy changed in to icicibank insurance co..in my old policy its was mantion about my car tape-electricals equipments..but new policy it didnt mantion..befor 3 months ..somebody break my front door-left-glass and stolan car tape..when i claim for it compeny rifuced to pay... and my car was demage by some strock and accident one side i was late to claim and keeping car for paint in beetween within 5-6 month other side was demaged ..so compeny didnt allowed to pay for both side even head lite also not allowed... so wt i hv to do...
