350 % Intrest Charge in Month

I am icici back Cradit card user since 2006 to till date but no delay payment in any time all payment timely. but last payment Amount 121 Rs. due to reson my hospitalisation is over date . so ICICI big Banker send me Late Payment Panality 442 Rs. (Incl S.tax). this is open loot.

please make policy Late Payment Panality not Exceed 2% of paying Amount Annually 24% Maximum.

if now any budddy RBi Guidlines is Regarding please send Suggation.
