Levy of late payment & Interest Charges

Dear Sir /Madam

I am in receipt of your letter Ref. no D1/8157/6461/4477 4735 2770 9005 and regret that without verifying details you have handed over to your collection agents Southernland Global services for using strong arms tactics to recover unjust and arbitrary amounts charged to my credit card.

Further, I received a call yesterday i.e. 9-March informing me that my credit card will be upgraded to Platinum Card as a valued customer. On one hand you inform me that I am a valued customer and want to upgrade my credit card and on the other hand you want to use strong arm tactics to recover undue and unjust amounts. The details are given below for your ready reference.

This has caused me mental agony and taken a toll on my health. In case if you are not prepared to resolve the aforesaid issue I will have no alternative but to discontinue use of my credit cards. Awaiting for positive reply from your end.
