ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD AND I-MINT POINTS
I mint rewards point

I am using a ICICI bank credit card No. 4477473538774006 since last 5 years. As per my latest statement, it is shown that 102 points are transferred to i-mint. On further inquiry from customer care, it was told that the all old rewards points which were given through icici are now transferred to i-mint account (A/c No. 9401151054872103 as informed by by customer care rep on 07 Jan). This is absolute shock and without any prior intimation. I am not at all aware of this new reward point systems, their benefits and also not issued with the card yet. Is ICICI not responsible to its customer to provide details on this issue? please clarify and instruct ICICI to issue a i-mint card with full details on points transferred and earned fresh till date and their redemption procedures.
