Cheating from ICICI Bank Credit card

Hi,

I have a credit card : - 4629864227102003

Valid date – 01/11

I have points around – 27000

I have requested on January first week to redeem my point and convert to some coupon and send to my address But I have not received.

Again I called and asked call center and they told you get password and login and redeem point directly.

I have requested and received a ref number - SR169562487 (on date - 05/03).

But still no response or not received any password. When I called again after 15 days they told they are sending, Again today I called they are telling this a/c suspended so we can’t give anything.

Please help me to get my points this is cost around 20 thousand. Please justice for the same.
