Settlement of Card

Hi,

I was holding ICICI Credit card and subsequently (I guess in 2005) I had surrendered the card and made the payment outstanding. There were some discrepancies of overcharges to tune of 1800/- and rest all paid to card account. I had communictaed to the bank that I am no more intersted to use the card and requested for settlement letter. This was communictaed to the call center support guys when spoken over the phone. It seems it is still showing the unsettled card and it looks getting reflected on cibil. I wanted to file the case on consumer court. I have all evidence of documents and communictaion to bank. Please advise.
