Wrong transaction shown

Dear Sir,

With reference to above cited subject, I would like bring following few lines to your kind notice.

1. In the month of March I received a message from ICICI bank quoting that I should pay the outstanding amount immediately for the money withdrawn against my credit card. Whereas, the fact is, I had attempted to withdraw Rs.3000 from ICICI ATM located near Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan, Nashik. But transaction was denied by ATM.

2. Accordingly I booked complaint telephonically on ICICI call center at Mumbai on 22/3. Call center attendant had given me “Wrong Transaction ID no. sr20550318” and told me that matter will be checked and will be informed to me within 60 days.

3. Meanwhile, again I received message from ICICI bank to pay the outstanding amount, which was inclusive of all the penalties. Hence I enquired for complaint at its Mumbai call center and I had been told that the case has gone in favor of bank i.e. I have to pay the amount.

4. Since 22nd March I am unnecessarily being stressed mentally due to this matter in which I am not at all at fault.

You are kindly requested to investigate the matter and oblige me.
