When i puchase some goods in dubai, and make payment from my ICICI Bank Credit card No. is 4477468172351004, when i swep my card the transaction was withheld due to security reason of Bank. when i contacted to customer care there was no response, and i am surprise to know that there is no toll free number available for contracting customer care. and for that reason i had paid around 3000 INR for calling the customer care, & Still till date i couldnot get any positive responce after my contact to customer care in dubai.
