ICICI Bank Credit Card
Never use credit card but payment due and name transfar to CIBIL

Dear Sir,

ICICI Bank has provided me with ICICI Bank Home Card valid. The card was sent to me without any application from my side and even without any prior communication or consent from my side.

The above card was never used by me.

In August I was given a threat on the telephone call to deposit the ICICI credit card due amount immediately. The person calling me claimed to be speaking from Tees Hazari Adalat, Delhi. I was informed telephonically that I have an outstanding of Rs.13, 180 on my Card.

I have tried to get the detailed information regarding the so-called due on me telephonically from ICICI Bank customer care centre, and even by personally verify the Banks Jaipur Branch (Upasana Tower, C-Scheme), but could not get any satisfactory answer. Even the so-called due details are never furnished to me, despite of my asking for I again and again.

Recently I have come to know that my name has been put on CIBIL as a defaulter. In this reference I applied for Takeover my home lone from IDBI Bank, but they refuse my case due to I am shown as defalter in CIBIL.

My Kind request that please take necessary action in this matter.
