In the previous bill of my credit card, following extra charges have been incurred:

16/06 2/3 EMI Principal - INDIAN RAILWAYS CATERING Rs. 198.14 (DR)

16/06 Orig Amt: 594 on 16-04-10 Bal: 198 Rs. 0.00 (CR)

03/06 Orig Amt: 531 on 03-03-10 Bal: 0 Rs. 0.00 (CR)

03/06 3/3 EMI Principal - INDIAN RAILWAYS CATERING Rs. 176.86 (DR)

03/06 Orig Amt: 531 on 03-03-10 Bal: 0 Rs. 0.00 (CR)

Total of Rs 551.86 have been charged extra. What are these charges for? I have not made any such transaction in Indian Railways. Kindly revert these charges. I have already paid such charges in my previous bill. Those charges may please be refunded immediately. Also before levying any surplus charges, ICICI should inform its customers before hand. In case such charges are being taxed upon me in future, i would like to cancel my credit card.
