Hi I was a very loyal and pleased customer of ICICI Credit Card until today date-06/10/10 I called Customer Care between 1.20am to 1.30 am where I talked to Sudhir Kumar (Dont know if name is genuine) was extremely rude. All I asked was to change my address. He said I entered the wrong cvv code but I entered it correctely. He said he cant do anything right now and asked me to callback in the morning. I asked if there is any other way to do it as I said I cant wait till morning. He replied, "If you cant wait, nobody can do anything." And it was said in a extremely rude tone. I asked him to be polite but was not. I asked if I can speak to someone else who is polite enough to hear me. He shouted back saying he will not transfer to supervisor. I didnt ask for a supervisor but someone else who is polite to hear his customer. Kept arguing and when I couldnot take anymore of his crap, I wished him a good day and said will call back later. I was shocked to hear him say "YOU ALSO GO TO HELL". I dont know if ICICI bank is going to seriously take time to read this and take any action to get better Cust Care Executives in order to retain their loyal customers that they have, and continue to carry their legacy of utmost service that this bank provides to higher level. I am not mad at the Bank but yes I am personally hurt by what this Executive have said which is sure to ruin ICICI Bank's Repute. I will be grateful if someone does something appropriate that makes a Customer feel he is cared.
