ICICI Bank/Credit Card
Unauthorised transaction/erro

An error /unauthorised transaction of Rs 1474 plus other hefty charges levied to my credit card account 44774716704008.I immediately asked bank to terminate my account and investigate the matter in detail and at later time I paid the amount in full against my credit card bills assuming they will reverse the amount after investigation. But Bank did not do anything neither did investigation nor reversed the amount charged to credit card. What should I do.
