ICICI Bank Credit Card
Deducting money from my saving account for a cancelled card

My self vikram Tambe was using ICICI bank credit card but due to continuous discrepancies in bills I had stopped using this card. same was cancelled through call center and sent back to icici bank. Now all of sudden bank have deducted 4788 rs from my account on behalf of dues on cards. this was not even notified to me. please advice me and tell me how to recollect this money.
