Harasement for Undue Payment

I Have credit Card of ICICI Bank Which, I am using since last 4-5 years, I had been

never late for payment. As Such In August'2010 I had Paid Rs. 6759 of due amount of

my card.By their mistake they credited this amount on other Card holders account.

Which Shows Non payment on my September billing Period. So I had complaint about

this to their customer care. My complaint no is SR154517244. They requested to send

fax to them. I had faxed my Bank Account Statement to them. Then also they did not

credit 6759 Rs. To my account on the October statement as well... So again I complained to them .. And Demanded My cheque xerox.. From their records they had

given me xerox of my cheque. On which I had clearly mentioned my card number. So It was their fault to credited into another persons account. Nothing has been done till today.
