CHARGING OF Late fee

Sir,

With due respect it is submitted that I had deposited the payment of my credit card on 07.02.2011 by cheque from my account no 016201501187 of icici bank at the branch of the icici bank at fatehgarh sahib. That bank had taken too long to transfer the amount in my credit card no 5176533749125008. That due to the fault of the bank Rs 400/- late fees and interset have been added to my statement of current month. That I have been using the card since long and have never dafaulted in payment and had depostied the payment in time. But still due to the fault of the bank i have to suffer the loss. Kindly waive of the late fees and interst charges at the earleist.
