Late Fee & other Charges

Dear Sir,

I, (HifzurRehman) have been using my ICICI-Credit Card (5176537061715007) since last so many years and have always been making all the payments against outstanding well, on or before due date.(You can Check, if U please).

Last month, I met with an accident which led me to be on bed rest for about a fortnight as a result the last month payment could not be made in time, resulting into charges levied on my card, amounting to Rs.535.85*(Rs 400-Late fee, Rs.85.81-Interest, Rs, 41.20 & Rs.8.84-Service Tax).

Therefore, being an old & trustworthy card-Holder, i take this privilege to request your goodself to please look into this and kindly arrange to waive off the above mentioned charges*.
