Extra charges

Cr card no.4477474566826007 my bill of rs.1496 was due on 15.07.2011 I tried my best to pay the bill online as I was paying since a long time approx 2 yr.By transfering funds from corporation bank th.Net banking. Now I am finding corp.bank in click to pay option at icici bank website. But I could, nt find the same. This not my fault. Icici had applied charges of rs.412 on my cr card. I am honestly paying icici payment in time since a long time. Now ultimately, I paid the payment by cheque of corp bank. Pls. Wave off my all charges so that I may continue ur cr. Card. Pls. Begin again net banking tfr. Facility th.corp.bank like previously. Thanks & regards
