ICICI Bank Credit Card
Late payment

I alok jauhari have a credit card no. 5176-5337-7074-6003 of icici bank. I have concern to the branch before the giving payment. The bank Authorised person tells me that you don't have to give the any payment because you have alredy payed the amount you have to pay to bank Rs.11, 887.70/- and you have payed Rs. 20162/-. Then also i have Asked the Authorised person that if any amount i have to pay i can pay it. The Bank Authorised person told me you have no need to pay any amount but if you want to pay for your your next purchasing you can pay the amount of Rs. 500/- only. I have paid the amount. All the amount was paid before due date. Then also bank Puts late payment charges on my A/c . when i called the custmor care the bank told me that it will be reversed to your a/c in 48 hours the amount which has been debited on the late payment charges and sevice tax also will be . the executive was Mr. prashant .the amount was Rs.441.20/- The bank have not yet reversed the same amount.

So i request you to that revesed the above amount and send me a SMS on my Ph no. the amount which i have to pay the bank.
