NON RECEIPT OF BILL AND WRONG LATE PAYMENT & CHARGES

CREDIT CARD MANAGER

Dear Sir ;

i have not received credit card bill for last month i.e. oct'2011and when i received bill for the nov'11 ; bank has charged late payment fees @400 rs/- and interest charges @600 rs/- . As i have not received bill for last month the late payment fees and interest is not accepted to me and i am not ready to pay this because it is not my fault that the bill not delivered to me from bank.

Pls. look into this and inform me urgently on my mail id.
