Credit card account not closed after taking huge amount

Dear Team

I need to have this matter closed ASAP, I do not like to see such mail hitting my inbox.

Please listen to my issue carefully. I had once your Credit Card where my credit limit was just 24K. It was told some sort of EMI card and it was told to me that no matter even if I use 24K all I need to pay is one thousand each month which was not true and I came to know about this very late till that time the damage was already done due to incorrect information from you guys. Anyways, I had this card in active condition for around 2 to 3 years and used the card and made the payment as well. Due to some issue I could not make the payment for two months and since that card was linked to my ICIC Bank Account my entire salary was taken from my account. Lean was put on my account by you guys. I had around 33K as salary in my account. I visited your branch in Andheri (E) JP Nagar and tried to get my salary but they told me it is not possible. They offered me to close the credit card with the money which was removed from my account. Initially I did not agree as I wanted some part of my salary back.. I went to your branch continuously 3 to 4 days tried to fix some sort of EMI and get my salary. That was really extremely bad experience as I had no money my entire salary was removed by you guys and I was all empty hand for the entire month. However, after I failed to convince the recovery agent to get some money from my salary back in my account, I signed the paper to have the credit card closed. Just imagine, I used your card for only 24K and then I paid around 15K before you guys removed 33K which was my salary. I still agreed to close the card where I know that there are people who use credit card for one lac also and close it by giving just 10 or 15K. Anyways, I signed the paper, and I was told that I will receive the paper regarding the same at my doorstep which never came. All I got is the next credit card and it kept on coming. I called your customer care number multiple times explaining the whole scenario that my credit card account should have been closed and I was supposed to receive the letter form you guys about the same. Nobody listened to me.

Till today I am getting e-statement and funny story it again says that I owe around 50K to you guys. Can you believe this?

I would request someone to please look into this matter. I am not sure if someone is actually looking into this I will just wait and see.

Below is the detail of my bank account, you can see the money was removed from my account for the credit card I had.

ICICI bank Ac No:- 038801500626 (I had the credit card link to this account where Lean was put and my salary was removed for the credit card)

I would still like to use the bank account if it is released from the lean, I really like the ICICI bank but just because someone did not do his work to close my account and release my Bank Account, I am still suffering. Please team see if you close this ASAP.
