ICICI Bank- Credit Card
Credit card stolen- invalid transaction

My ICICI credit stolen in 2006. I reported an FIR to the police station also closed that card same day. But some how the who stole the card did transactions before card closed.

I tried to make them understand that if that transactions are not valid how can i pay that amount sine then they are continuously calling me and harassing me on phone and saying we have put court case..and it will not good for you if you dont pay the money...

how can these banks or their recovery agents harass us when its not valid transaction...

I am fed up of their calls and even they are calling all my relatives for that... if this case not solved now .. i'll complain in polce station now for mental torture.

Request you to please sort this out.
