Icici bank credit card devision
Not getting NOC

Dear sir, I was using the bank credit card (4477474571943003) since 2008 regularly, unfortunately due to having financial crisis for 3 month from oct. to jan. I could not pay the minimum amount fixed by the bank due on last date, i approched the bank for full and final settlement in the end of janat the kaushambi branch. I had talked with Mr. GAGAN KASHAYAP (MANAGER), then he released the full & final settlement letter vide Ref. no: CC / 4477474571943003 / 1102 / 209499 on Feb11 in veiw of the exceptional cirumstances explained by me & he confirmed the acceptance of Rs 29000/-(Rs.twenty nine thousand only) towards full & final settlement on the said credit card either in 4 strokes/installment of Rs.7250 x4 EMI before April 28 or pay one-time basis.

I paid Rs.- CASH same day ie on Feb.11 & given a A/C PAYEE CHEQUE of Rs. 27000/- on Feb.12 in icici bank at kaushambi branch, now neither nobody is responding in the bank nor Mr. GAGAN KASHAYAP is picking up the phone, personally i visited bank many time security gaurd of the bank did not allow to enter in the bank to talk in this connection.

now till date i did not get NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the bank moreover i came to know that bank has given my name in CIBIL.Can you help me to remove my name from the CIBIL as I have to plan for home loan & provide the NOC from the bank to release the mental stress.
